  • Rental of items will be for a period of up to 36 hours

  • After consultation, a quote will be provided including pricing, fees and deposits

  • Upon acceptance of the quote, a signed rental agreement is required along with a 50% deposit.

  • A refundable security deposit of 20% of the total will be due with the initial deposit. Charges for any breakage/missing items at 5x item rental will be deducted. The remainder will be refunded within 10 days of the event.

  • The remainder of the rental total will be due by 10 days prior to the event.

  • Delivery/pickup times and locations to be determined by lessor and lessee.

  • Delivery/pickup charges are determined by distance and size of order


  • Items will be delivered clean and ready to use.

  • The China patterns have been carefully coordinated. If you choose to set the tables yourself, look for the corresponding numbers on the backs.

  • After the event, all food residue is to be removed with a damp cloth, items wrapped and replaced carefully in the bins.

  • Items should be packed and ready for pickup at agreed time and place.

  • Failure to comply with care of china guidelines will result in loss of 20% refundable deposit.
